Description
This is a paid test project to find a long-term design partner. If we work well together, the successful candidate will be hired for the full website design (5-8 pages) and ongoing client work.
The Task (Phase 1)
I require a high-quality Low-Fidelity Wireframe for our agency homepage. I am not looking for "pretty colors" yet; I am looking for a designer who understands User Flow and Conversion Strategy.
Deliverables for this test:
UX Methodology: A brief explanation of the layout logic (e.g., why elements are placed where they are).
Desktop Wireframe: A structural sketch (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch) showing the information architecture.
Content Strategy: Placeholders for headlines and CTAs that guide the user to hire us.
Our Ideal Candidate
Expertise in Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of Conversion-Centered Design.
Ability to explain the "Why" behind design decisions.
Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern agency or B2B layouts.
How to Apply
Please start your proposal with the word "STRATEGY" so I know you’ve read the brief.
Share a link to a wireframe you’ve created (not just the final UI).
Briefly describe your UX process.
Confirm your availability for a full project if this test is successful.

Hi Isla,
Hi, thanks for sharing the brief.
Just a few quick questions before I start:
• Who is your primary target audience (startups, SMEs, enterprises, specific industries)?
• What is the main goal of the homepage—get calls, leads, or contact form submissions?
• Do you prefer a minimalist agency style or a more bold/creative layout direction?
• Any agency websites you like as references?
• Should the homepage include a lead form or only CTA buttons leading to a contact page?
Once I have this, I can structure the wireframe around your exact conversion goals and positioning.
I’d be happy to work on this as a test phase and potentially continue as your long-term design partner.
Thanks!
