UI/UX design of a website

Hi

I am looking for someone to help in the UI/UX design of a website that allows users to add their experiences in different sections. Each section has different predefined sets of questions. These questions are interlinked, in other words, if the user answer a question in a specific way, the user will be provided a set of other questions. I need to see how we can display the user profiles, allow the users to search for the profiles and filter them.
