Typesetting of a free report and layout

Design details: This is a basic job. We are sending out a free report from our website and we'd like report designed SLIGHLY. We say slightly as this may be a document that people print out and there we don't want loads of colour. We have already assigned someone to design the front cover. So the inside pages need to be black and white and possible a tiny bit of colour on the tips - and the 'reader exercise' could be highlighted. But nothing to over the top. The most important thing is the FONT's and the SIZES of title etc which needs to look professional.

On the first page a picture will need to be added in - this will be sent to the person selected.

There are 14 pages. I have attached the first 7 pages so you get an idea of the job.

This report is 1 of 10 different reports we are doing. So we do need to keep costs down. The document will be sent to readers in a PDF format.
Target audience: Sales people directors /business owners /
