Tired website needs a face lift and simplifying

I have a website already, but it is looking tired and overly busy. I just need it simplifying and easily responsive. I can give you example sites of competitors that i would like to achieve similar. I will in addition be integrating a Learning Management System into my site as well from a third party at a later date.

A typical site I am looking at copying is http://www.highspeedtraining.co.uk. Their site is clean, neat, simple.
