Tidying Up Design work

Hello, I am very happy with the overall layout and content of my site built on Squarespace but the overall look needs refining.

First I need you to update the fonts across all pages to be the same as those used by this website

Second, I want you to mix the text on all the pages of the site into black and white like the site no need to do the blog pages)

Third, I want you to use the same text highlight design as https://www.fltlaw.com/ except we use blue not gold - use the same blue as is already used on my site.
Finally, deal with the title header which at the moment is not centred. The current developer put the address bar below the header which is perfect but is struggling to align the title header properly with the page. There are also duplicate title headers now on mobile and that needs to be fixed. The site should also be properly op[timised for mobile as there are some teething issues with the design. Please do not interfere with any SEO as the site's SEO is perfect right now.

As I have been messed around so much by different providers please provide me with a mockup to show that you understand and can deliver what I require with the one page
