Superstar Web Designer Required

LeadSense is a fast-growing dynamic lead generation agency based in West Yorkshire but with clients nationwide. We are mixture of full-time employees and freelancers. But we do things differently here. We believed in remote working long before the coronavirus crisis! And we have some freelancers based in other countries too. It's all about getting results and being the right cultural fit, does this sound like your kind of company?

Due to excellent growth in the last 12 months, and exciting plans for the future, we are looking to team up with an expert freelance web designer!

This will be an ad hoc role, and you will be involved in the designing of new websites as we launch new brands, as well as improving existing websites and brands. Ideally we're also looking for someone who could design adverts. Future work may also include app design / interface design for online cloud based platforms we may develop.

We're looking for someone who really is a pro and is dedicated to their craft. Passionate about what they do, and able to create amazing designs with an eye for conversion rate optimisation and the commercial side You must be able to showcase modern user friendly designs! This position is highly suited for a UX/UI designer who is looking for variety and the opportunity to inspire and engage with their work.

*Pay*
We will offer a fair hourly rate based on your experience and needs. It's not fixed, can be negotiated and even increased with good performance.

There may also be other work available - the business owner will have other projects (personal and business) in the coming months and years, so for the right person this could expand and cover a variety of areas.
