Spruce up my Squarespace Website

I have a Squarespace website that I made myself for my localization agency but I'm not a designer and so would love to find someone who could spend a day improving the design. All the text, links, structure etc is fine. Just need improvements on design like colours, imagery, and generally making it look more consistent across the different pages and more professionally done. Please let me know your fixed price for 1 day's work where I would give you access for a day to make improvements. The budget I've put here is just placeholder. Also any relevant experience or sites you have worked on. Thanks
