Small web design/site

I would like someone to build a web site for me including domain name (I know the name I would like), advice on best place to host this; advice re google ad words ie any good? I have a google checkout account but would paypal be best?
The actual site I have in mind is to show off my handmade items. I would require about 6 catagories. Clean lines nothing fancy in design but must be easy for me to use/manage and update. Would like to put quite a lot of photos of my work.
If anyone can help, please let me know as I do have other sites that I have seen and can send a link so you can see what I have in mind
