Small professional website for personal domain

Hello,

I am looking for a freelancer to assist with the design and development of a small professional website for the domain .com

This is not a commercial marketing website, but a minimalist founder website that will function as an archive of articles, insights, and media references related to residential property management.

Project overview:
• Approximately 12 content pages
• Clean editorial / essay-style design (text-focused, minimalist)
• Responsive layout (desktop and mobile)
• Fast loading, lightweight implementation
• Simple navigation structure

I have already prepared a detailed project document which includes:
• website structure
• page outlines
• content drafts
• design guidelines
• development instructions

Technical context:
• Domain is registered with Hostinger
• The website will be hosted on our private cloud hosting environment

What I need from the freelancer:
1. Design the website layout (homepage + menu pages + article page template)
2. Implement the front-end pages
