Simple Website for a cleaning company

I need a simple website of about 3 pages: a homepage, contact page with contact form and a services page. The website will be for a family run cleaning company. I do not require a domain name because I already have one and I will not need a hosting package either I just need a simple site made that can be handed over to me on completion. I would also like to know how the website was/will be created (e.g. with wordpress etc or created from scratch) for future reference.
