Simple website builder

I have mocked up a design on powerpoint for a website and I need help putting it live online. I need four flat pages (no flash required) and I will need the site to be content manageable so I can change the text later. You can use any free web design tools (such as moonfruit, GBBO, etc) to get it online, so it should be a quick one for someone who knows what they are doing!
