Simple Email Signatures for a team of 6

I would like a simple email signature created for 6 team members.

In terms of design I'd like something like the attachment but with a diagonal line divider / I have a spreadsheet which includes all emails/tel numbers /social links & would like everything linked up.

I will provide our corporate guidelines for colours etc.

Ideally, I would like this done by end of business Friday. If you can send examples of similar designs that would be great
