Simple 2 Page web design + build (HTML/ Responsive)

We're on the look out for an amazing web designer who can make (our few assets) look great for a web experience. We need the site to look premium and crafted - so a designer with excellent attention to detail and a good sense about user journey is welcome to apply. We would love to pay more but we are a film documentary company and the budgets are restricted.
