Shopify Web Designer/Developer for Theme Customization

I am seeking a Shopify web designer/developer to make adjustments to my Shopify site. The goal is to match the design of the attached website (www.thepatchbrand.com), using the same theme as them which I have already purchased. The adjustments mainly involve changing colours, fonts, and background colours to align with the desired design.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with me to understand the desired design changes and requirements for the Shopify site.
Customise the theme to match the design of the attached website.
Modify colours, fonts, and background colours as specified.
Ensure the site remains responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing across different devices and browsers.
Be open to feedback and make revisions promptly based on requests.

Requirements:

Strong experience in web design and development, particularly with Shopify.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid.
A portfolio of previous Shopify projects demonstrating your design and development skills.
Ability to understand and follow instructions precisely.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Availability to work on the project and provide updates as required.
