We’re looking for an expert to help us finalize and optimize our Shopify and Klaviyo setup ahead of our first product drop in November.
Our brand is a high-end, drop-based streetwear label inspired by brands like Fear of God and Aime Leon Dore. We operate with a gated site model, no restocks, and a strong focus on email/SMS-driven drops.
We already have:
• Brand strategy + tone of voice nailed
• Final logo, color palette, and assets
• Shopify theme (Prestige) installed
• Drop 1 products designed and ready
• Email copy for Klaviyo (flows + launch) written
What We Need From You:
✅ Finalize Shopify theme setup and storefront polish (Prestige theme)
✅ Set up product page and drop-ready templates (clean, editorial layout)
✅ Create Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, launch)
✅ Set up customer tagging/segmentation (e.g., "Inner Circle" members)
✅ Integrate pop-ups, signup flows, and gated content logic (via Locksmith)
✅ Ensure Shopify/Klaviyo/Upsell tools are integrated and tested
✅ Optional: Light front-end customisation (e.g., UX tweaks, mobile polish)
Your Experience:
• Strong portfolio with high-end or DTC fashion brands
• Shopify + Klaviyo experience required
• Can work to a fast-paced drop calendar (10–15 drops/year)
• Bonus: Experience with gated sites, private launches, or luxury positioning
Timeline:
• Drop 1 is going live end of March
• Website live for email sign ups 1st week in December
Deliverables:
• Fully functioning Shopify storefront (mobile-first)
• Klaviyo flows built and integrated
• Email sign-up and Inner Circle logic working
• Walkthrough of how to update and manage key elements post-launch

- Could you share your current Shopify store link so I can review the existing Prestige theme setup?
- Do you already have Locksmith rules defined for the gated areas, or should I set up the full logic from scratch?
- For Klaviyo, do you want me to build the flows using your existing copy exactly as provided, or make improvements where needed? -

Mathew, do you want the ‘Inner Circle’ gated access to control only email/SMS communications, or should it also include site-level restrictions for certain products and pages? This will determine whether we need light front-end customizations or if we can handle it entirely through Shopify and Klaviyo tools.
