Project Overview
I would like to redesign my existing Shopify Ambassador Programme to increase conversions and reduce abandoned checkouts.
Currently, customers choose 4 free jewellery pieces and only discover the shipping charge at checkout. This results in a high number of abandoned carts.
The new system should remove the separate shipping charge and instead sell an "Ambassador Starter Pack" with free shipping included.

Current customer journey:
1. Customer visits Ambassador page.
2. Chooses 4 free jewellery items.
3. Goes to checkout.
4. Shipping fee is added (currently around $57).
5. Many customers abandon checkout.

Instead of offering free jewellery plus shipping, I want customers to purchase an Ambassador Pack.

Includes:
- Choose any 2 jewellery pieces
- Free worldwide tracked shipping
- Ambassador account
- Personal discount code
- 25% commission
- Ambassador welcome information
Shipping at checkout should display as FREE.

Required Functionality
I would like the entire process to be automated.
After purchasing an Ambassador Pack, the customer should be able to receive the correct number of jewellery items included in their chosen package.
Examples:
Starter Pack
→ choose any 2 items from the Ambassador Collection
Premium Pack
→ choose any 4 items
VIP Pack
→ choose any 6 items
The customer should not pay separately for these items.
