Shopify Badminton E-Commerce Website – Designer Brief

I am looking for an experienced Shopify designer/developer to create a professional e-commerce website for a new badminton equipment business based in Ireland.

The business will initially have a relatively small product range, with the intention of expanding over time.

Products

The store will sell products such as:

* Badminton shuttles, including our own branded feather shuttles
* Badminton rackets
* Grips and accessories
* Junior badminton equipment
* Bags and other badminton products
* Potentially clothing/apparel in the future

What I Need

I am looking for someone who can manage the Shopify setup from start to finish, including:

* Set up and configure the Shopify store
* Recommend and customise a suitable Shopify theme
* Create a professional, modern and sports-focused design
* Homepage design
* Product collection/category pages
* Product page templates
* About Us page
* Contact page
* Shipping & Returns page
* FAQ page
* Cart and checkout setup
* Payment setup suitable for Ireland
* Irish/EU VAT configuration
* Shipping configuration for Ireland, with the ability to expand to UK/EU
* Mobile optimisation
* Basic SEO setup
* Google Analytics / tracking setup
* Social media links/integration
* Email signup/newsletter integration
* Domain connection
* Upload and configure the initial products
* Basic training/handover so I can add products and make changes myself afterwards

Design

I want the website to look like a genuine badminton/sports brand, rather than a generic dropshipping website.

The design should be:

* Modern
* Clean
* Sporty
* Premium but accessible
* Easy to navigate
* Strong on mobile
* Capable of growing as the product range expands

I am open to using a good existing Shopify theme rather than developing a custom theme from scratch.

Important

This is a new business, so I want to keep the initial website investment sensible.

I am not looking for a highly expensive custom-coded website at this stage.

I would prefer someone who can take an existing high-quality Shopify theme and customise it to create a professional branded store.

Please include:

1. Examples of Shopify e-commerce stores you have previously designed.
2. Your hourly rate.
3. An estimate of the number of hours required to complete the project.
4. What is included in your estimate.
5. Any additional Shopify apps or paid themes you recommend and their approximate costs.
6. Confirmation that I will have full ownership/admin access to the Shopify store when completed.

There may also be ongoing work available as the business and product range grow.
