Description
The site uses the Newspaper theme by tagDiv and already has Stripe. The current tagDiv membership/Opt-In Builder setup is not working properly, so I want to replace it with MemberPress.
This should be a fairly straightforward plugin setup, not a full website rebuild.
The job is to:
Install and configure MemberPress
Connect it to Stripe
Set up two membership options: Basic and VIP
Add monthly and yearly payment options for each
Create the correct sign-up, login, account and confirmation pages
Lock selected subscriber-only content
Make sure paid members can access locked content after payment
Test the full journey on desktop and mobile
The ideal customer journey should be:
Choose a membership
Sign up
Pay by card
See confirmation
Access subscriber-only content
I can send the full membership prices, benefits and page requirements once we agree the job.
Please only apply if you have experience setting up MemberPress, Stripe and paid content access on WordPress.

**Can you please answer below questions**
1. Is MemberPress already licensed and installed, or should I handle the complete setup?
2. Which content types need protection: posts, categories, pages, or custom content sections? -

Hi Chris,
Before I start, just to make sure everything is set up correctly:
1. Can you confirm the Basic and VIP pricing (monthly + yearly) and any differences in access between them?
2. Which specific pages or content should be restricted to members only?
3. Should I fully replace the current tagDiv membership system, or keep any parts of the existing setup?
Looking forward to your response. -

Do you want to keep any of the existing tagDiv membership content, or should we start fresh with MemberPress pages?
-
How is the subscriber-only content currently structured within the Newspaper theme? Is it specific posts, categories, tags, or custom content sections? Understanding this will help me plan the MemberPress migration without affecting existing content access.
-

Before moving forward, I'd love to clarify a few details. Are the Basic and VIP membership benefits already defined, or would you like assistance structuring the access rules? Will existing subscribers need to be migrated into MemberPress, or is this a completely fresh setup? Are there any custom registration fields required during sign-up? And do you have a staging environment available for testing before deployment to the live site?

Hey Chris,
Have you had any actual members sign up through the tagDiv setup, and if so, do their records need to be migrated into MemberPress or are we starting fresh? -

Are the subscriber-only pages/posts already created, or will content access rules need to be set up from scratch?
-

Are the membership benefits, pricing structure, and content access rules already finalized, or would you like recommendations on the most effective MemberPress setup and content protection strategy?
