Extra notes: We are planning to launch a job board for the security industry. We have purchased a wordpress theme called jobroller and are ready for a talented designer to help bring it to reality.
Your main job will be to redesign the frontend of our theme by creating a modern and fresh look. most of the functionality and structure will be the same as monster.com . The design should also be responsive.
Along with this we need the ability to allow applicants to post cv's in video and text/pdf format, This should allow employers to view job applications as a video. We also need a group chat and live admin chat functionality on the site.

We need it done within a 2/3 days.
