Sample Pages for Website

I'm looking to raise substantial funds for a large project in Spain.

Maestro.com will be an interactive site where all trades will be able to advertise their services. Maestro, will revise their status, legally, insurance wise, and qualifications. Clients will be able to tender their work to various trades. People will be able to leave a verifiable review.

I'm looking for help in designing static sample pages, in order to be able to present this idea, to investors...its likely to cost 60k to construct this project, along with marketing, probably 100k in total.

I have already prepared an excel of what we will do, and somebody on pph is currently designing a logo for us.
