Review and development of Sharepoint Environment

We have been using Officer 365 SharePoint for the last three years. We have an Team Site and a number of sub-sites. All of the pages pages are internal - none are public facing.

We need some assistance with:

1. Formatting pages and appearance to create a more consistent corporate style across the whole of our sharepoint environment.

2. Developing the internal team manual/wiki - much of the content is written, the page links needs to be reviewed and intergrate the use of graphics to provide a more straightfoward reference and learning tool.

3. We are a team of 10 users.

4. In addition to a more intensive initial peice of work, we are looking for an ongoing relationship with the ability to work collaboratively alongside the team as required.

5. We would prefer to work with a designer who has financial industry experience and able to understand the environment we are operating in.
