Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced, highly responsive web designer/developer to completely overhaul and redesign our company website using WordPress. We have a clear vision and a reference site we want to base the layout on, so the focus is on execution, clean modern aesthetics, and seamless technical integration rather than conceptual guesswork. www.greywoodfinancial.co.uk (this is NOT my site - this is the sample site)

Key Requirements & Scope:
Platform: WordPress. The backend must be built using a clean, user-friendly page builder (e.g., Elementor Pro or similar) so our team can easily administer small, day-to-day text or image edits post-launch.

Scale: Approx. 12–13 pages total (including standard pages, core landing pages, and privacy policy).

Design Style: Clean, modern, high-end, and completely original (no direct copies of our reference site, but matching its structural flow).

Performance: Fully responsive with ultra-fast loading speeds across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Note: We currently host with GoDaddy, but we are 100% open to moving to a faster, premium WordPress host if required to meet speed and performance targets.

Integrations:

Prominent display of Google Reviews.

Dynamic feed for daily-updated TikTok videos.

Conversion-focused CTA hooks: Business WhatsApp API and Calendly integration for 15-minute consultations.

Security & Ownership: Full SSL configuration is mandatory. 100% intellectual property and site ownership remains ours upon project completion.

SEO Safeguarding: Crucial Requirement. Existing Google rankings must not be lost. Full 301 redirect mapping and on-page SEO best practices are required to protect and improve our current search equity.

Timeline & Communication:
Deadline: 14 days from project kickoff. We need a developer who can work efficiently, iterate quickly based on feedback, and hit this target.

Location: Ideally UK-based for ease of communication. However, we are completely open to exceptional overseas talent provided you have an explicit plan for managing time zone differences and maintaining seamless communication.
