Responsive website

I would like a 14 page fully responsive Wordpress website for my business which will follow a simple templated structure with each page navigable from a 13 cell portfolio style homepage. The structure and content have already been designed so all artwork can be provided in jpeg / psd or any any other format along with the wording, this project just needs an experienced developer to create the site itself with slick rollovers, navigation, lightening fast load times, social media links and ideally some guidance / steer on better and more intuitive ways of doing things. Hosting has already been arranged, assistance will be required with deployment. Updates will be required intermittently so i'd like to build an ongoing relationship for this and future projects as well as having the ability to make simple updates myself.
