Responsive emails signatures (in HTML) created x 3 members of staff

Design details: My client (I am a marketing freelancer) has recently had a rebrand. We have tried to do a 'homemade' email signature, assuming text would be best but they don't look good! So I want an email signature (in HTML I assume - but will be guided by you) developed that is likely to be as responsive as possible, so it looks good on both desktop and devices.

My client uses Outlook.

Extra notes: Please provide a fixed price quote for producing 3 versions of the new footer (so 1 design x 3 staff member details). I would like this done over the next couple of days if possible. I will share how they look with the freelancer I select to work with.

I am looking for somebody that has developed responsive email signatures before and can navigate us through any issues.
