Reproducing a Wordpress template

Hi,
I have a page on my website which went corrupt and became of low quality and I need someone to replicate the original template. The site is a WordPress one and I am using a Divi template

Moreover, I would need to include a new tag for Italian/English in the top header so that if they are on the Italian page they can get to the English one and the other way round.
