Regular high quality website design work

I am a digital specialist with regular overflow work that I need help with. Please don't give me an essay response, I've been in the industry for 10 years so there's only a few things I need in order to make a decision:

3 x website designs.

Your FIXED price that you would charge to create on a regular basis, a layered (well organised!) psd for a website homepage design based on a brief that I would provide. Sometimes they will be Wordpress, sometimes Magento. There will be no direct client, just dealing with me... and I'm the easiest client in the world to get along with ;)
