Redesign my main web page

Hello there,
My website is all done and up and running now.
I am into events decorations and have an online store (which uses an open-cart).
I would like some to re polish (redesign) my main site (not the store) so that the main webpage bears a resemblance to the store. I have noticed that the store page looks nicer and more friendly than the main site and I want them to look the same or at least very similar.

I am very open to creative suggestions.
I all I am looking for is the main site looking same/very similar to the store.
