Redesign existing joomla site

We have an existing Joomla site which we want redesigning. We are also looking to integrate a database into the site but I am putting this on as a separate project due to budgets and this may have to wait. The site is www.every-trade.co.uk. I can give guidance as to what type of design is required once I receive bids. For the moment though the bids are invited on a basic content redesign including re-designing the contact form and adding a get a quote form. Once bids start to come in I can discuss any questions raised with bidders. This is pretty urgent as we are looking to change the profile of the company.
