Redesign ASP.net website

I have recently bought a new business and the website has not been updated for over 15 years. I have a new logo and would like the website theme/colours/layout to be redesigned completely.

The website is www.stuckforstaff.co.uk - it is coded in ASP. net. Note that at this time I am *not* seeking to rewrite the whole site, I just need it to look more up-to-date and modern. So it's just a visual update.

Note that for security reasons connection to our server and database will be through a VPN.
