Redesign and Update big website to WordPress

The website is https://acroyoga.com , It was created in 2013 and needs to be updated. It needs an easier to navigate interface for the front end and an easier to navigate and use CMS on the back-end. There are also almost 400 teachers' profiles that need to be migrated. • Sign up for a freebie or a newsletter – integrated with Mail Chimp to manage my email list
• Responsive visibility – make sure optimized for all devices and screen sizes
• Google Analytics – want to track traffic and trends
• Security
• Process Payment – After the initial consultation, I would like to direct clients to a page where they can view the package details and then select and pay right from my website.
• CMS, I want to be able to update website, change pictures, videos (from youtube), banners, descriptions. Easy for teachers to create own profile and update it, their profile, pictures, description, videos (from youtube).
