Recreate a site in WordPress

I run a leaseholder association - it currently has this website - http://groupspaces.com/CapitalEastPhaseOne/ - basic but works.

The company who manages groupspaces is closing down in April so we want to use WordPress to replicate - fairly closely - but more in functionality than looks - our current site.

Main features we want are;
1) Membership list
2) Ability to email out to membership list
3) File structure to be able to distribute and store minutes, agendas and other documents
4) News and announcements page
5) Photos page
6) Archive for sent emails
7) can forget about the wiki...

would have thought that there must be a wordpress theme that does most of that?

we have registered a new domain name - www.cap-east-la.com - hosted with namecheap and installed wordpress - so the work is to find a theme that will do most of the above - install and then make sure all works smoothly
