Rebuild of existing website using existing brand guide

Description
The initial lokki file on the iron Dome loading - this appears on every page when clicked. We would like to do away with this
The home page (top page) we like this with the turning circles for each banner and would like to keep this, but we want to simply the text on each slide:
IT Support For Your Business
Cyber Security Packages
Teams & VoIP solutions
Mobile and internet lines
We need to be able to edit the text and add more slides or remove some if needed.
This page goes wrong when resizing and we need this fixed and more responsive
The next page (which can also be reached by clicking solutions in the menu)
we need to simplify this page into tiles and would like you to design a suitable icon in the brand colours for:
IT Support
Cyber Security
Cloud Solutions
Telephony
Business Connectivity and Mobile
Support for your existing IT Team
When clicking each of these tiles it would take you to a new page for each... maybe based on the current IT Supported Page/Area?
Each page should better reflect a call to action that is easy to spot - all pages should be clean and wherever possible allow for pictures to reflect the team and office (we want to show personality)
The pricing page needs some cleaning up. We like having the calculator but dont think its very obvious as to how it works. Essentially business hours support is £35 per user and £60 for 24 x 7 support. Security (which is not optional) will be a flat £15 per device.
We like having the calendly option here but as you can see its not user friendly straight away so need to make it work better
Our vision page, we are having team videos made and want to make this page better. A section for about the team and then a section for core values and mission.
And then we want to adda case studies or Clients page. On here we will have 3 client case study videos and it would be good if we would get some social proof on the home page and pricing and solution pages too?
Insights is blog and we are okay with this unless there is a better layout
Contact us page is fine... but again the calendly iframe doesnt work well and needs to work better.
We may be adding a chat solution to the site.. but we will let you know what this is closer to the time.
Ideally we are building rather than fixing - moving what needs to move and being VERY careful of links as we are working heavily on the SEO.
The site needs to be cleaner with thought given to page load times and not a heavy use of plugins.
We see this as an evolution of the site rather than a revolution. Focusing on the customer journey, but making sure the site is easy to edit afterwords - and avoiding elementor or the like.
I have no idea on budget so looking for you to come back with a proposal

Just to clarify, you mentioned that you want this to be a rebuild rather than a fix. So should I treat the list of changes you highlighted as items that you wanted considered/avoided in the next rebuild rather than fixes with the same build? If is it a new build, are we keeping only the general color scheme, content and structural flow and graphics? You also mentioned that you want to avoid elementor, which suggests you want the default Gutenberg editor used. Is the current site build with elementor?
Apologies of the many questions. This will help me evaluate the scope better to not only plan the best approach, but get the correct timeline, and cost. -
Hi wayne, it's just a suggestion, you need a complete redesign of the site i think it's outdated. it's a non-consistent design and layout too also no F pattern followed by the designers no text formatting this rebuild can lead you to a disputed project. i can redesinned complete web in half of the price let me know if you want let me know.
