Objective

We’re looking for a skilled WordPress developer experienced with Gravity Forms and Gravity Wiz to improve and modernise our existing website and form workflow.
The site and forms are already built, but we need the overall process streamlined, data flow improved, and the design brought up to a more modern, professional standard.

Current Setup

Built using Gravity Forms and Gravity Wiz

Multi-step process:

Customer Details → Technical Report

Customer Details → Technical Report → Invoice → Stripe Checkout
(two different checkout versions in place)

Areas for Improvement

Data Flow: Ensure customer data carries seamlessly between stages (no re-entry, full data linking).

Automation: Add automatic date/time stamping on submissions.

Performance: Improve loading speed and ensure the forms work reliably in low-signal / offline conditions.

Design: Update the look and feel for a sleek, modern, mobile-friendly interface.

Marketing Integration: Enable the ability to sell add-ons and upgrades within the form flow (upsells / cross-sells).

Stripe Checkout: Refine Stripe integration and workflow (two versions — card checkout and invoice).

User Experience: Simplify navigation between form stages so data and context persist naturally.
