PSD Designs for Website Pages

I am looking for a candidate who has extensive knowledge and experience designing PSD website page designs. The website will have roughly 13 - 15 pages. It’s an informational website and is not very complex. I have a clear idea as to what I am looking for. I have plenty of example sites which will be very helpful when it comes to the design process.

I would like a wireframe for each page for me to approve before designing in full. This is to make sure that the flow and layout of the website is to my requirements. I only need the completed PSD files as the conversion to HTML/WordPress will be taken care by myself. Estimated delivery time will be 7 - 10 days.
