Promotional Email Design

Hi, I have a boiler installation company and I would like an email designed introducing my company and explaining to customers what we do. I would like it to feature my logo, the gas safe logo , the finance company who I uses logo, trustpilots logo( showing that we are rated excellent, a couple pictures, 2/3 paragraphs and maybe.
I would also like a footer designed that I can use on all my emails containing my address, phone number,logo and maybe trustpilots logo on every email I send.
Please tell me how much this will cost?
