Professional Website Design – Commercial Services Company

Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced website designer/developer to build a professional website for an established UK service business.

The company has been operating for over 20 years and is updating its online presence to reflect a more professional, commercial audience.

The website must feel structured, credible and suitable for organisations managing buildings, sites and property portfolios.

Brand assets and full website content will be provided.

Important – What I Do NOT Want

The previous proposal I received was based on a generic service template that looked like a cleaning website.

This is not suitable.

• cartoon-style service icons
• “book a cleaner” style designs
• basic template builds with minimal design input

I am looking for a properly designed website, not a template with content added.

It should reflect a professional service provider, not a domestic service business.

Contact Page Function

The contact page should include a “Request a Site Assessment” button that opens a structured enquiry form for visitors to submit their details and requirements.

Form submissions should be sent directly to our email.

Technical Requirements

• Mobile responsive design
• SEO-friendly structure
• CMS access (WordPress preferred)
• Contact form functionality
• Fast loading website
• Guidance on hosting/domain setup if required
