Professional Outlook Email Signature Design (HTML Ready)

I am looking for a designer to create a professional HTML email signature for Microsoft Outlook.

The signature needs to be clean, modern and fully compatible with Outlook on PC. It must include our company logo, contact details, clickable email and website links, company address and a short confidentiality disclaimer.

I also need the signature to be reusable so it can be shared with multiple team members who will only need to change their name and job title.
