Produce designs for 2 single-page style bar/club websites

Brief: My client operates 3 bar brands in London. The task involves the re-design of 2 of the websites.

The existings sites for these brands are multi-page, whereas the third brand has already been updated to use a new single-page style webpage - with scrolling to each section. See this working here: http://thelightloungelondon.com/

Therefore, we require a new design to work across two of the brand sites. You will be provided with the UX as a rough guide to content requirements and layout, but the rough specification is as follows:

Produce various module designs as covered below. Designs will be provided in JPEG and PSD format and include 2 rounds of amends.

Modules:
- Header
- Social
- Latest
- Venues
- Mailing List
- Bookings
- Footer

Header - covering logo and main navigation.
Social - covering live feed integration of Twitter and Instagram social networks either in a carousel format or side-by-side. Included provision for standard FB feed as per current site. Additional scoping required to integrate live data of Facebook posts or YouTube/Vimeo content.
Latest - headline graphic will cover present featured event or promotion in carousel format.
Venues - grid style format displaying the 4 venues with hover/click state or other UI interaction which displays additional info for that particular venue in a dialog (rather than linking to a new page for details). Includes about us information.
Mailing List - standard module with sign-up form linking to existing AS Web platform.
Bookings - standard design my night integrated booking form.
Footer - basic contact information with contact form.

We don't require all module designs for both brand sites. The first task will be to produce desktop designs for the first brand site, following by particular mobile designs. These will then be re-themed for the second brand - with minor changes such as colour scheme, logo, and venue/event specific imagery - however the newly created layout and strucutre will be preserved across both designs.

For the second brand we also need to re-theme an existing seperate page for events. An allowance has been included to cover this.

I have estimate the total work required is roughly 23 hours - see the attached document with a breakdown across modules. You will be provided with selection of imagery to use for each of the brand sites including those of the venue, staff etc.

Preferably looking to hire someone with experience of designing websites to the standard of the example provided, or with agency/similar experience. Also prefer to hire from within the EU.

We also don't want a site that looks exactly like the example I've given. I'll be provided the UX wireframes but we need someone creative who can take these to the next level of the design process and suggest changes to enhance the look and feel. We don't want something that looks exactly like the UX.

Delivery deadline for first drafts is 5th December, with all designs signed off by 19th December. These will be uploaded to our shared Google Drive for review.
