Pimp up my WP site: a music production company

Our website is a music production company. Being extremely lame at webdesign, I nevertheless managed to design it myself with help of WP. The site is really easy made, no schick-schnack. I do want it a tick more 'flashy'. and on the other hand I have a problem with finding it on google, mainly because the wp file is created on to my other website. Because of that, or god knows why, google can't find it, not directly anyways - so I would probably want the site migrated. looking forward to all suggestions, quotes, and estimates.
