Pimp up my prestashop!

Extra notes: ok, i have a new prestashop. i want the following things done to pimp up my shop.....
(lots of the images and logos/promo boxes i have already on my current shop (www.eyecandylingerie.co.uk)

i want my logo/banner adding
the menu bar currently says WOMEN / DRESSES/ T-SHIRTS / BLOG, I want this changing to LINGERIE/ SEX TOYS / READY TO WEAR / FASHION ACCESSORIES / SHOES / COSTUMES

I want to know how to add colour square tabs to my products like on these example products (http://www.eyecandylingerie.uk/3-women?live_configurator_token=b7fd3cae214f01c48dc6e2d505d798f1&id_shop=1&id_employee=1&theme=&theme_font=) - see attached of example prodcts that have this already on my template

i want my facebook, blog and twitter links adding
add my promo boxes and scrolling images
i want to set up discount codes and delivery costs for uk and europe
my custom block needs changing and the contact us, about us and t&c pages. all this info is already on my current store. also want a contact us form adding if not one already.
need image boxes a bit bigger for categories and nicer font for category headers
anything else you can suggest to make my site better!
