Description
Experience Level: Expert
We recently had a PHP website made for ordering blood tests online,
https://practitioner.youth-revisited.co.uk/index
There are several modules. Orders, test results customer profiles etc I would like to look at a few things that need improving Little things throughout, a kind of snagging list.
When a customer registers is says - error, but all the information does come through. Can we remove the error code
the overall Admin login has the option to place orders for any customer but the link is broken, can we fix that so it works please
In the Users module
We have two types of users - Practitioners and Moderators, moderators don't have access to all the features of the main practitioner account.
Can we amend Moderators only to see Bespoke orders category (no prices) for a practitioner account.
Notifications
Notifications are set up in the background, but only some are getting through
Admin needs to get copies of orders placed and new account applications
Some practitioners are getting notifications and others are not, not sure why, can we fix this please
Also notifications should go to the main practitioner email address when moderators are placing orders.
Can a dynamic button be added when an order is placed to download the connected PDF.
Results
Can we upload Word docs as well as PDF?
can we Add a view notes option on the results page that shows current medication connected to that order -
(Current medication is already set up as a not at checkout. We would like quick access to that on the results page)
There is some urgency to fix these issues, i would like it completed before Wednesday next week ideally
