PHP/html web master

We've got some webpages that perform a specific function. We need someone who can help us edit these allowing us to customise the view for our customers. In plain english, someone who understands and is very familiar with php. As there are variables that refer to images, some basic knowledge of images for web would be useful.

This is approx 3-8hours work max. For the right person there will be other related and unrelated mini projects on an ongoing basis.
