Party and event website

ok guys, i need a party and event website, it has the have the functions such as: we have to be able to upload past/previous events with pictures and videos with short description, upcoming events and parties also with videos pictures and short description, we also have to have the option to sell tickets form our website, which then produces tickets that are readable and scannable at our party or event with qr code or scan code the shows the name and email address of the user, of course it goes without seing that we need to collect data of the users, such as card details name surname and email address, and to make sure that the whole has been read, please qoute back to me the number 8, so i know tht you understand th job description, the job has to be completed within 3 days, i know that there is plenty of templates that can be used and is not a world shattering, thanks
