Ongoing web design/update freelancer needed

Our company is looking for a freelancer with whom we can build an ongoing relationship to make updates and design changes to our current company websites moving forward. We will be looking to add pages, update pages, and add functionality to our websites in the future.

We are looking for someone who understands branding and can help us cross-pollinate our 3 sister companies so that each of their distinct websites links one to the other, allowing clients to toggle from one to another easily.

An ideal candidate would also have content writing/marketing ability to help us with making text and header updates/changes.
