On-Page SEO Specialist Needed

I run a small website for a Roofing & Dry Verge company based in Northern Ireland, and I'm looking for a freelancer to carry out on-page SEO to help the site rank for the right local keywords and start generating genuine enquiries and leads.

About the site:

Only 3 main pages: Home, Dry Verge, and Contact Us (plus a simple photo gallery page)
Built on WordPress with Yoast SEO already installed and ready to configure
I will be registering the site with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools myself

What I need help with:

Keyword research to identify the right local search terms for roofing and dry verge services in Northern Ireland
On-page optimisation of the existing pages (titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, image alt text, internal linking, schema/structured data where relevant) using Yoast SEO
Recommendations to improve local search visibility and drive relevant traffic that converts into leads/enquiries through the site
Basic guidance I can follow if any changes are needed outside of Yoast (e.g. content tweaks)

Budget context: I know £100 is a modest budget, and I appreciate that may put some freelancers off — but this is a small, 3-page site rather than a large project, so the scope is intentionally limited. If this piece of work goes well and delivers results, I have more SEO work I'm looking to outsource on an ongoing basis, so this is very much an opportunity to start a longer-term working relationship.

Ideal freelancer:

Proven experience with on-page SEO and keyword research, ideally with local/service-business websites
Comfortable working within Yoast SEO on WordPress
Based in the UK or Europe for easier time zone overlap
Able to explain recommendations clearly, as I'll be handling technical setup (Search Console/Bing Webmaster Tools) myself

I will also require the developer to increase the Google Page speeds and show good green results
