On-going listings creation/correction for a food portal

This is an exciting project to get involved with!

I need a smart and efficient individual to update and maintain my listings on a food portal with thousands of listings. The first round of work will be to amend/update/delete the existing listings as necessary, and to update the site with new listings on a continuous basis. If the project is handled well, this will be a long term gig for at least a year or more.

But I need speed and reliability, and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.

I am going to start low with a placeholder price here, but feel free to tell me what you think this will be worth.
