New Wordpress Website

I am looking for a relatively simple Wordpress site with one scrolling page (5 'sections' as you scroll) using similar animations to this reference site (I won't be including any of the video animations to make it easier) https://www.opendue.com/

The only functuionality is a contact form. The only animations from the reference site are the way the main text appears on landing page, there will be an arrow icon from my logo which needs to move from middle of page to bottom of page and the way the 6 coloured boxes appear when you scroll down on reference site.

All the rest will be fixed text. I will provide logo and content.

Please only reply if you have built a lot of bespoke Wordpress sites (and can send recent examples) and are 100% able to do the animations stated. This will be a fun project and you'll see from my previous purhcases I am a good customer to work with :).
