New Wordpress site required

Hi,

I am about to launch a new project, OXYGEN UX.

I am looking to build a nice basic site, I have attached a document which has the layout / design I'd like to follow. I built this on Framer but I prefer the usability of Wordpress.

The site will have some basic components.

- Home page, effectively one page that walk through all of our services

- Contact page

- Blog Page (I have around 10 articles to post)

- Services Page (at the bottom will be 3 recent insights) and will be based on this (just static content) https://blinkux.com/services

I'll provide images (logos) for the home page and any assets required.

The usual stuff is required, email set up (hello@), yoast SEO, headers/footers etc,

Domain has been purchased, and am looking for someone who can potentially host and support this and a second website due to be published just after this.
