New Website using some of the old website content

I have an existing website but its got way too many features, we need to create a new site which will only have the following

Home page : with all ususal things like about us and links to other platforms
Book with Us : a booking page which is linked to our booking app called 10to8
Blog page : here we need to upload video as well as write blogs

I need this done as soon as possible so no time wasters please
