New website for a new app plus graphic design work for app stores

We are looking for a responsive website and other work to help showcase/promote a new beer tourism related app and encourage downloading it from the these respective app stores (Apple + Google Play). The app launches in April 2019.

Custom/bespoke design - WordPress for our own content management.

Homepage (One scrolling and responsive page will suffice + page/s for legals)
Favicon
Contact form integration
Cookie notice on page - Plus - Legal texts (Cookies, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions - GDRP compliance)
SM integration etc
Multilingual option to create in other languages - English / Nederlands / Français - perhaps more eventually.

It will require some design work for the website / showcasing app features and screens.

& *Original app store icon/favicon design needed - to fit a square
& *10 screenshot type images for use in app stores to showcase the app
